Subject: Request for Proposals (RFP) No.: 10-01
Volunteerism Initiative Program (V2 Program)
Peace Corps Armenia intends to award a 6-month contract to an Armenia-based organization to implement a program that will transfer the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes for sustained, relevant, and vibrant volunteer and community service activities to host country nationals and organizations through the design and delivery of regional workshops, youth camps, and youth discussion forums. The V2 Initiative merges with all three Peace Corps goals and if successful, will add to the critical mass of people doing community service to make Armenia a better place to live and thrive.
This solicitation in no way obligates Peace Corps Armenia to award a contract, nor does it commit Peace Corps Armenia to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal in response hereto. Furthermore, Peace Corps reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of the Peace Corps.
Offerors are encouraged to read the entire solicitation, which includes all pertinent technical sections and the terms, conditions and instructions required for submitting a proposal. By email only, please submit all questions about this RFP no later than 12:00 hours (Yerevan time), 12 February 2010, to
nbruno@am.peacecorps.gov with a copy to
alarsen@am.peacecorps.gov. Oral instructions, answers or guidance from any Peace Corps source prior to the award of the contract shall not be binding.
Sincerely,
Amy Larsen
Administrative Officer
