Volunteerism Public Awareness Campaign Coordination

Peace Corps Armenia intends to award a 3-month contract to an Armenia-based organization to coordinate a nationwide Volunteerism Public Awareness Campaign in conjunction with the Volunteerism Initiative Program (V2) awarded under the previous RFP No. 10-01.
You are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements of the enclosed RFP No. 10-02. Proposals must be received by Peace Corps Armenia no later than the local time on the due date stated above and in the RFP.
This solicitation in no way obligates Peace Corps Armenia to award a contract, nor does it commit Peace Corps Armenia to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal in response hereto.  Furthermore, Peace Corps reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of the Peace Corps.
Offerors are encouraged to read the entire solicitation, which includes all pertinent technical sections and the terms, conditions and instructions required for submitting a proposal.  By email only, please submit all questions about this RFP no later than 12:00 hours (Yerevan time), Friday 25 June 2010, to nbruno@am.peacecorps.gov with a copy to alarsen@am.peacecorps.gov .  Oral instructions, answers or guidance from any Peace Corps source prior to the award of the contract shall not be binding.
