Levon Galstyan
Security Staff Member
Levon joined Counterpart International as a member of the security staff in November 2004. Before joining the Counterpart team, he worked in an aluminum factory as production manager. Then at "CRS" as security staff manager.
Knarik Harutyunyan
Maintenance staff
Knarik has been working with Counterpart International since September 2003. From 1970-1975 she worked at the #139 Secondary School as a team leader, from 1976-1978 as a cashier in “Universe” organization, and from 1980-1987 as an accountant at the Armenian Constructors’ Bank. From 1988-1989 she worked at “Anush” fabric as a human resource manager. Her responsibilities include preparations for lunch or coffee breaks during meetings and trainings and keeping the office clean and in proper order.
Anna Hovhannisyan
Administrative Associate
Anna graduated from Brusov State Linguistic University, faculty of foreign languages (department of English-Spanish languages). After graduating, she volunteered at World Visison for six months in the framework of the UN’s Youth Career Trial project. She joined the CASP team in July 2008 as an intern. In November 2008 she was promoted to the position of Administrative Associate. Her primary responsibility at Counterpart is providing general support to the administrative team.
Vahan Martirosyan
Financial Administrative Director
Vahan has been working with CASP since July 2007 as Financial Administrative Director. He has a wide-range of experience working with public, private, and nonprofit organizations, in the sectors of freight forwarding, insurance, customs clearance, RA civil and tax legislation, finance, international accounting standards, budgeting and planning, and education. Since 1994, he has had the benefit of combining his studies with practical work experience and summer internship programs. His work with such organizations and corporations as HPIU and NRMPR World bank financed projects, Development Associates, Inc. (USA, VA), Krav Maga DC Inc (USA, DC), USAID’s Armenia Legislative Strengthening Program Development Associates, Inc. (DA) Armenian branch (USA), has greatly contributed to his performance and abilities to work in an organization. As Finance and Administrative Director he is in charge of all administrative and financial issues, budgeting, reporting to donors and HQ, local reporting for CASP, the Elections project, and CHAP.
Ashot Mkrtchyan
Logistic/Driver/ warehouse manager
Ashot began working with Counterpart in November 2004, providing logistical support and operating as a driver warehouse manager. He provides administrative support to the organization’s staff members. Before joining Counterpart International, Ashot worked at Medecins sans Frontiers (MSF/France) and was responsible for logistics and cars and spare parts.
Garegin Poghosian
Security Staff Member
Garegin graduated from the Yerevan State Conservatory in 1974 as a pianist and music teacher. He has worked at music schools and the Arno Babajanian Music College since 1968. From 1982-1998 he served as the head master of Garni’s music school. Garegin is married with two children and lives in Yerevan. He joined to CPI Armenia in June 2006
Aram Sandadze
Security Staff Member
Aram joined Counterpart International as a security staff member in November 2004. Before joining the Counterpart team he worked at CRS as a security guard from 1993-2002 and as a guard at a medical center from 2002-2004.
Khosrov Tadevosyan
Driver / electriscian
Khosrov began working with Counterpart International as a driver and electrician in February 2007. Before joining Counterpart International, he worked with the Armenia Legislative Strengthening Program (ALSP).
Anush Yesoyan
Administrative Associate
Anush graduated from secondary school in 1999 and entered the department of International Relations at "Gladzor" Management University . She graduated in 2004 as a historian, specializing in international affairs. In 2007, she finished the one-year English Language Course at the Extension program of the American University of Armenia. She has been a member of the Youth Parliament (founded under the Standing Committee on Science , Education, Culture and Youth Affairs to support the active participation of youth in legislative processes) since 2006. Anush joined the CASP team in July 2008 as an intern. In November 2008 she was promoted to the position of administrative associate. Her primary responsibilities at Counterpart include providing general support to the administrative team.
